My little piece of heaven
If heaven were wrapped up in a little foil package, it would look like this:

It's just an energy bar, right? Oh no. It's sugary sweet Autumn labeled as an energy bar. I die.
(It is VERY sweet, like all Clif Bars, so if that's not your thing then you might not like it as much as I. But I could eat sugar cubes for breakfast, lunch & dinner so I have absolutely no problem with this.)

Train ride
Chris is shooting some little videos around town. Hopefully it will give you a little glimpse into our lives in this great city.

Part four
Look-alikes, part tres
Don't get me wrong, I could never confuse these with each other. But now that all three of them are long-haired brunettes, it's pretty uncanny.
I adore Zooey; in a totally not creepy, obsessive way. (REEE REEE REEE REEE!) But I love her modesty, her style (which I may or may not take a few cues from,) her voice and music, and her ability to stay out of the tabloids. And being married to Ben Gibbard earns her points too. She's the classiest and coolest. (Nothing against Lizzy and Katy.)

More print fun
In my etsy scouring, I've come across several more artists I drool over. I've realized that the main element I'm drawn to has been anthropomorphism, with some whimsy, victorian, macabre elements thrown in.
Oh My Cavalier is my most most most favorite. I want them all!

There are some things that terrify me. The ocean is one of them. So why not have some of its scariest creatures put into whimsical images to help overcome my fears? Eggman Studios does just that.

I don't find the content in these particularly scary, but I love how whimsical they are as well. (Another Narwhal for Joce!)

I've loved Berkley Illustration for a while. These are hysterical. I mean, how freakin' dapper is that Labrador with the monocle?

There are a lot more, but this post is getting out of hand (with all the awesomeness) so perhaps I will share more of my faves later.
